Soulman’s Garland opened its doors on South Cockrell Hill Road in 1991, and it’s still one of the longest-running stores in the whole chain. Generations of regulars have walked through that door — folks who grew up ordering here as kids are now bringing their own kids, and most of them still order the same thing they always have.
