Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I use a Soulman's gift card?
A Soulman's gift card works at every one of our locations → across North and East Texas, for dine-in, pickup, or catering. It's not tied to the store where you bought it.
Can I use a Soulman's gift card for catering?
Yes, a gift card can go toward a catering order booked through our catering team, and it works just the same on everyday orders through the app or at the counter. Either way, the value applies straight to your total, the same as any other form of payment.
How do I check my Soulman's gift card balance?
Use the balance checker on this page — you'll need the card number and PIN printed on the back of the physical card, or the code from your digital gift card email.
Do Soulman's gift cards expire?
\[VERIFY: no expiration policy confirmed yet. Needs a definitive answer before this page publishes — expiration and dormancy-fee rules vary by state and this copy should not guess.\]
Can I buy a Soulman's gift card in person instead of online?
Yes. Any Soulman's location can sell you a physical gift card at the counter, and ordering online instead gives you the option to send a digital card straight to the recipient by email.
